Dr. Criste is a fellowship-trained and double-board certified Interventional Pain Specialist. He did his internship and residency at Northwestern University Hospitals in Chicago. He has also done a neuroscience fellowship at The Cleveland Clinic and an Interventional Pain Fellowship at The Mayo Clinic

There was no discussion about my concerns. The doctor acted like an arrogant medical deity that was bestowing a great favor upon me. Looked at a 7 year old MRI and told me what he was going to do. Then handed me a clip board and told me to take it out to his assistant and they would get me scheduled. He then stood up and walked out.
