Second Act members recently heard from Speech Pathologist Rae Lynn Allen about keeping the voice strong and Box Breathing for lung health.

Inhale through your nose for four counts. Hold for four counts. Exhale through your mouth for four counts. Hold for four counts. Repeat a few rounds.
