Congestive Heart Failure is a leading chronic illnesses in the United States and a leading cause for hospitalization for people over 65. The team of cardiac specialists at SIH Prairie Heart Institute are constantly working to optimize care for heart failure patients. SIH participates in the American Heart Association’s Get With The Guidelines—Heart Failure Quality Improvement Program to enhance patient outcomes.
