Jackie has worked at SIH Cancer Institute for over five years as a Financial Navigator. She’s passionate about her role in dealing with insurance and all the work associated with it, which gives patients more time to focus on healing.

“When a patient is diagnosed with cancer, I know they could feel financially burdened,” Austin says. “This is where I start investigating their insurance benefits. I try to find the best form of assistance to help ease that burden.”
